Ingredients:
- ½ pkt Mixed stir fry vegebles
- 5 long Carrots
- 5 long Yellow zucchini
- 5 long Green zucchini
- 2 Red bell peppers
- 1 Yellow bell peppers
- 1 Green bell peppers
- 1 tsp Fresh ground pepper
- 2 tsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp Mustard oil
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Pine nuts
- 2 tsp Heavy cream
- 1 cup Grape tomatoes
Step 1:
- Using vegetable peeler peel carrots and zucchini. Fine julienne bell peppers.
- Stir fry mixed vegetables and tomatoes for 8 – 10 minutes in olive oil, keep aside.
- In the same pan stir fry the zucchini and bell peppers for 2 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables, pepper, mustard oil, remaining sauces, salt and cream.
- Garnish with chives or parsley and serve hot.
