Ingredients:
- 1 gallon Low fat milk
- ½ tsp Saffron
- 5 Cardamom
- 5 Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg powder
- ½ cup Toasted almonds
- 1 stick Butter
- ½ loaf Bread
- In ½ stick butter fry bread till brown and keep aside.
- Boil milk.
- Add saffron, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg to the milk.
- Reduce the contents to half and then add the bread back.
- Reduce the flame to low and cook till 15 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve in a cup, garnish with toasted almonds.
